Subsequently, and in accordance with the Community Support Framework, the Spanish Government submitted to the Commission on 13 September 2000 a draft Integrated Operational Programme of the Canary Islands 2000-20006, consistent with that framework and comprising the elements referred to in Article 18 of that regulation.
The Integrated Operational Programme of the Canary Islands 2000-2006 was considered admissible by the European Commission and approved by Commission Decision C(2001) 228 on 22 February 2001.
